I am a bit confused because there are two different (and independent) support platforms:
From your ticket system I got a link like this "https://support.activequerybuilder.com/hc/requests/12345" but this kind of links doesn't work and registration is not possible. Answering per Email works fine. On the other side this support forum here works with login, viewing my posts and so on - in a "normal way". So maybe better to use https://support.activedbsoft.com/ also regarding Active Query Builder?
Where and how to provide feedback regarding the Active Query Builder Web API, maybe I should also use support.activedbsoft.com?
Do you prefer me to use the forum, to submit a new request per feedback regarding the API or to use one common topic (in the forum? As request?) to collect feedback in one place?
There's no strict differentiation. Private tickets are better for urgent questions and bug reports, the forum is better for suggestions and feature requests.
