Is it possible to set "protected-mode" by call Flyspeed SQL-Query.exe with a commandline parameter?
Sience the last update we have some problems with protected mode in portable edition. The application hang up durring start.

This isn't something we've been able to reproduce on our side.
I recommend you to run the tool with the /log command line switch and submit the log from "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\ActiveDBSoft\FlySpeed SQL Query\FlySpeed SQL Query.log" via a support request form.
If the reason would still be unclear, we will establish a remote support session to investigate this problem.

It is not possible. This is turned on automatically when the .ini file in the program directory is not writable.
