Error during sorting over Oracle 12c timestamp-column

Hi anyone,

we get an error during sorting a query-result.
Out plattform is oracle 12c with AL32UTF8. Some table has columns with timestamp-typ. When I sorting the result over any other column, all working fine. When I sort a timestamp-column I get a error with "string (0.0) is invalid"

Can you analyse and fix it?

I find out thats a problem with our data...
Why SQL-Query throw an error is unclear.

I create a table with same structure and fill out example-data's. All working fine. But one table with costumer maked inputs are throw an error.
