Add SSH support for Oracle connections

Please add SSH support for Oracle connections. I have an Oracle RDS instance in Amazon Web Services. I see that I can add SSH settings for a PostgreSQL connection (which is used for AWS Redshift), but not for Oracle connections.

Hello, Dan.

The new version 3.4.9 introduces support for connecting to Oracle using SSH tunnel.
