1st start of FlySpeed SQL Query Portable 3.1.0.1 gives error control " has no parent window

Just installed FlySpeed SQL Query Portable 3.1.0.1 and get an error trying to open a query saved in a connection.  I get a few successive error messages saying control " has no parent window.
