Transfer licence to another user

We have a paid-for licenced copy of FlySpeed but the user who had it has now left the company.  Another user has now tried to install this licence on his PC but registration is not working.  Does the licence have to be somehow de-registered from the previous user first, and if so, how ?

If a license can not be registered, this means that at least three installations were already registered for this license. To unregister the software, select "Help" - "Purchase" menu item and click the "Unregister" button. If it's impossible to do this, please submit a support request and ask to deactivate these installations manually.
