Sort Connections alphabetically

Would it be possible to have an option to support the Connections alphabetically (whilst retaining the drag and drop reordering)?

By default I think I'd find it much easier to find the connection I want if they were alphabetically sorted.

It is not possible, but you can re-arrange connections the way you need just by gragging them from one place to another...

Sorry, but, with respect, I don't understand how it can be "not possible".

You must programatically populate it in the first place, so why can't you sort the connections first and then repopulate?

If you don't think the suggestion is worthwhile then that's fine - it's your product to develop as you see fit.  But saying something is "not possible", well sorry, I'm a developer myself and I can't understand how to can be impossible!

Sorry. It not possible **in the current version**. Doesn't the ability to re-arrange connections manually solve the problem?

OK, thanks for the clarification.

I currently have 25 connections in my Connections pane in FlySpeed SQL Query.  I daresay there are many other users who have many more than this.

Are you saying it's OK to manually reorder these connections?  That being able to have them sorted, either on request or as an optional default, would not save a fair amount of time?

As I said previously, it's you product not mine.  I'm just a customer making a suggestion and it's entirely your call if you don't like my suggestion!
