I upgraded to flyspeed sql query 3.0.2.3 and lost all my connections and queries, is there any way to get them back?
if not there should be a warning before you upgrade.

This happens if you install the tool in Portable mode. Do not check this option during the installation to avoid this problem.

I didn't find the .ini file in the path you provided but I renamed the one in the installation folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ActiveDBSoft\FlySpeed SQL Query
then reopened the tool and now all my connections and queries are back.
Thank you for your quick response!

Hello,

Sorry for this problem. I hope you can find your connections by following the steps below.

0. Close the tool.
1. Open the "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\ActiveDBSoft\FlySpeed SQL Query\" folder.
2. Find and delete (or rename) the "FlySpeed SQL Query.ini" file.
3. Open the tool.

If this doesn't help you, please let me know.
